Turf Replacement Program

Program Administrator:

• Metropolitan Water District (MWD)

Description:

• MWD is offering a turf replacement rebate program to help cover the costs of changing out grass to drought-tolerant landscaping. MWD pays $2 per square foot, and the City of Paramount is adding another $2 per square foot, making the total rebate for Paramount residents $4 per square foot, up to 5,000 feet of converted yard per year.
• The program has a 180 day application period.

Eligibility:

• Eligibility is open to residents of the City of Paramount.
• Residents must have existing turf.
