With the goal of informing the public, the South Coast Air Quality Management District (SCAQMD) has begun sending a monthly report of businesses within the City of Paramount that have received a Notice of Violation (NOV). This report is sent to the City at the beginning of the month and lists the information associated with the NOV, including: issue date, NOV number, facility name and address, relevant SCAQMD Rule(s), and specific violation.
SCAQMD sends the report to the City, who then publishes it to the Paramount Environment information portal (ParamountEnvironment.org). The City, committed to transparency, will upload each month’s report to the Monthly NOV Report page. The reports for February through April 2017 can be viewed on this page.
