Cancelled – Air Quality Sub Committee Meeting

The regular meeting of the City Council Air Quality Sub Committee scheduled for Thursday, June 22nd at 6:00PM, has been cancelled.

Staff work related to potential operational regulations for metal companies has not been completed, and therefore, will not be ready for reporting back to the Sub Committee. The goal is to complete this work and present information at the next Sub Committee meeting scheduled for Thursday, July 27th at 6:00PM, at Progress Park Plaza, 15500 Downey Avenue.

Residents submitted questions to the Sub Committee at the previous meeting on May 25th; these questions have been responded to and published in a transparent manner. Answers for the questions were a result of collaboration and input from the City Manager, Assistant City Manager, Tetra Tech, and others within the City. Answers have been sent via email to those who provided their emails, as well as published through a Google Spreadsheet (below).
